The law firms Gudkov, Korelskiy, Smolyarzh and Nortia Law Offices unite their practices under the new brand Nortiya GKS.

The partners of the company will be Denis Gudkov (GCS), Vladimir Smolyarz (GCS), Maxim Korelskiy (GCS), Yaroslav Karnakov (Nortia), Alexey Melnikov (Nortia) and Roman Tarasov (Nortia).

The Nortia Law Offices was established in St. Petersburg in 2010. In 2015 Roman Tarasov and Alexey Melnikov joined the team, for many years have worked on leading positions in one of the “Big Four” companies.

The formal merger procedures will be completed by the end of July 2018.
