Задача	To recover the attorney fees after the delivery of the decision to dismiss the claim against the client.
Результат	The ruling of the trial court denied the recovery of the attorney fees on the grounds that the payment under the contract for legal services was maid in installments against separate invoices. By the decision of the court of appeal this ruling was reversed and the conclusions of the trial court found erroneous. A new judicial act was delivered in the case, satisfying the claims to the extent that the court found reasonable. By the decision of the court of cassation, the decision of the court of appeal was sustained. The ruling of the RF Supreme Commercial Court denied the transfer of the case to the Presidium of the RF Supreme Commercial Court.
